There's a place called Kredl's near Hampton, New Brunswick. Great fries and burgers, a garden shop, and a grocers, along with delicious local ice cream. On one excursion there, I found this child's crock and put it on the checkered tablecloth on the patio. I keep finding single footwear as we travel around. I wonder if it has anything to do with aliens? Hmmmmmnh...

The Flickr Lounge-The Power Of One
I got my camera back on April 30th. So far I'm truly enjoying it a lot. I can't get over that 3000 mm zoom lens. It allows me to see things at such a distance that I would never be able to see otherwise.

Yes, it actually is that time of year again. Time to get out the cookie cutters and bake. Strike that. Time to get out the cookie cutters and shoot. I can't stop myself. It's like the movement of a glacier. It's gonna happen, no matter what preventative measures I take. I scattered the shapes throughout a storage container after last year's shooting, but, alas, to my chagrin, I found them. Again. I find them every year. It's almost like they want to be found. Call me crazy (It's true, my mother had me tested) but I'm pretty sure (How sure? Only 107.67% sure) that there is a vast cookie cutter conspiracy afoot, possibly aided and abetted by pencil crayons this year. (Are they pencil crayons or coloured pencils? I dunno ,but one thing I do know-They are all evil.) JK

(A Thing Of Beauty Is A Joy Forever - especially when you're hungry!)
My mom used to say to me if you drink something in a nice glass it always tastes better. Well, I believe she was right. If you present your food in an attractive way it tastes and looks better. This is my take on a scrambled egg tortilla. I put some vegan mayo on the gluten free tortilla. I added some mild organic salsa organic scrambled eggs on top with a sprinkle of organic herbs. It tasted as good as it looks :)

Sometime around Gabriel's birth we gifted Andrew with our old S100 PowerShot point and shoot. Today I got a hold of it and looking through it was like watching a 365 of Andrew. He loves to take pics of himself. He has figured out how to turn on the self timer and set up the camera and set it on a surface so he can look into it. About every 5th shot is all red because he's stuck the front of it into his mouth. I guess it's his journey of self-discovery. If he was on flickr he'd totally be in a 365 self portrait group hehe.
Some days ago I decided that I'm ending the project 365. It was too much of a pressure to produce a nice photo each day. I still continue learning more about photography but I will be doing it in more relaxed and non-scheduled way.
This would have been photo number #72 (13rd of March) if I continued the photo project. I got the film developed today when I tried to develop color negative film (C-41 process) at home. I used Tetenal Colortec C-41 kit and the results are pretty good. It's much more inexpensive to develop color film at home so I'll probably continue this.
These frames were the last two of the roll and for some reason they have color defects. I don't know if the defects are because of the camera (I had a problem with the film roll in the end) or the development process.
Taken with mom's old Fujica ST605N and Auto-Beroflex 28mm f/2.8 lens. Shot on Fuji Superia 400 film. Photos straight from the scanner, only resized.
I shall not disclose any info nor issue any statements about wether this is smuggled cozonac or not.
