We tend to celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied ad multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

Όταν νιώθεις τη μαγεία του σπιτικού φαγητού . . .
οι γεύσεις απογειώνονται . . . και αγγίζουν το Άριστα *****
Το φαγητό της μαμάς είναι ότι πιο νόστιμο στον κόσμο!!!
Το Μενού των Χριστουγέννων ☆
☆ Ζεστοί Λαχανοντολμάδες με κιμά .… για να ενωθούν τα αρώματα.
☆ Γεμιστή χωριάτικη κοτούλα με μελωμένες πατάτες στην γάστρα και η γέμιση με σταφίδες, μήλο, κουκουνάρι, καρύδι , κάστανο & συκωτάκια πουλιών.
☆ Μελωμένες πατάτες στην γάστρα αρωματισμένες με πορτοκάλι για να συνοδεύσουν την χωριάτικη κοτούλα … Μια σχέση πάθους.
☆ Τηγανιά σβησμένη με λευκό κρασί και αρωματισμένα βότανα .
Τελικά έχουν δίκιο τα όμορφα και νόστιμα βρίσκονται στα πιο απλά πράγματα ...!!!

Who's winning the cola wars? Answer: Water ~ I had a vase full of mixed wildflowers on my table for a few weeks, changing the water and clipping the ends every few days which makes them last longer. It was finally time to throw them away but several daisy blooms were still looking pretty so I cut the stems short and gave them each a fresh drink of water in their own glass. I'll have them to enjoy for a few more days.
People need lots of water too, so drink up.

While I was staying in bed because of the summer cold, I hadn't eaten a lot.
After I recovered, I found coriander leaves in the fridge then I cooked it .... very tender for my tummy.

Eating sashimi and sushi at home is the best. Fresh fish without the outrageous prices.

I couldn't get the light the way I wanted it, so I took the flash off the camera, and made it the remote, and used the on board flash for the master. So, I hand held the remote flash, but, I was losing my patience because I was late for somewhere else. lol The subject in the shot is one of my recent acquisitions. I bought it because it has a pop out bellows, and I can't resist a good bellows, especially whenst it seems to be on a camera where it ought not to be. It's also a rangefinder, and I love those little puppies. It's an Agfa Karat 36, and is solid as a tank. Weighs about as much, too. lol Ok, sure, not really a trick shot. lol
