The Limmat River with the Zurich Rathaus (i.e. Town Hall) in the center along Limmatquai. Bridge on the left is the Rathausbrücke.
Purple milk splash. Played with milk drop collisions today. Water is a little too thin to get a good splash so I'll be experimenting with different fluids. Finally got the timing down correctly so now I can get a droplet crash almost every shot now.
Found along Ethniki Odos Agiou Nikolaou Sitias. Ammoudara, Crete looking north toward Agios Nikolaos. Cliff to the left has about a 15 meter drop.
Two water drops crashing into one another inside a bubble. Five speed-lights used (Two for the background; One on each side; and one under the water), Finally found a use for my old developing trays. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! :-)
Shot from on top of the mountain along Eparchiaki Odos Kalou Choriou - Metaxochoriou on the way from Prina to Kalamafka.
This is the narrowest point between the south shore and north shore in Crete (i.e. water on the right is the south shore with the town of Ierapetra, and the water on the left is the north shore with the town of Pachia Ammos.

No world cup matches to watch this evening so I ended up doing some high speed photography playing with water drops. This is simply one water drop crashing over the top of another drop that was rebounding,
Harvest Moon 2014. As taken on 8 September, completes a celestial triple play of consecutive super moons over the course of summer 2014. Unfortunately I was only able to capture two out of three this year due to cloud cover on July 9th.
This is what happens when the water drops get out of control. Shot finally captured after chasing the bubble around for a minute and was the last shot before the dome burst.
Bay of Almiroú Kólpos along Vorios Odikos Axonas Kritis. Nikiforos Fokas is a small prefecture on the north side of Crete. The lights in the distance are from the village of Petres.

Spiral staircase found at the Galaxy Hotel in Crete. Although it feels like you are looking down the spiral, this was actually shot looking up.
Photography instructor in high school was always telling me to: "Look up. You may see things you hadn't noticed before".

'Wahkeena Creek' Large On Black
I decided to go in the woods and start practicing "slow water" photos. This is Wahkeena Creek located in the Columbia Gorge Historic Highway Area, Multnomah County, Oregon.

Schwippe Hochwasserrückhaltebecken roughly translated as Schwippe flood retention basin, is located between Vaihingen and Böblingen and is part of a natural spring system in Baden-Wurttemberg

Found along Klinge Strasse just east of Obersontheim, Germany.
Just seemed to happen when I was using a crystal ball yesterday. (Tools used to create: Maglite, Crystal Ball, Glitter, & DSLR). No Photoshop was used.
About 2km north of Vianden and south of Bivels along the Our River separating Luxembourg on the left with Deutschland on the right.
Frankfurt as seen here is one of the few European cities with a significant number of skyscrapers (buildings at least 150 m (492.13 ft) tall). 14 out of a total of 15 skyscrapers in Germany are located in Frankfurt.
Locals sometimes refer to Frankfurt as "Mainhattan", a portmanteau of the local Main River and Manhattan.
