Today I got my first pair of TOMS, I was so enthralled that i thought this would be the best way to celebrate and spread my tomys with the world of flickr!
this picture is kind of a remix of another picture of mine...but i love it all the same.
Honestly if you need a new pair of shoes, think about getting some TOMS.
Its a really great cause, and some child will be blessed by your decision! :)
These shoes are the bee knees!! They are literally one of a kind! They started off as plain white canvas and progressed to the wonderful colorful works of art that you see here. The artist, Rey Gutierrez, used oil paints to cover them and worked in different designs taken from his own inspirations to create them. Jaws literally drop when these shoes walk in the room!

funny story behind this photo...if you've seen my recent upload of me in my kigurumi, then you can imagine that i wear it all the time. i live in a very safe, family oriented neighborhood, and i guess people were confused as to why an adult dressed as a penguin was playing with leaves in the middle of the road. 5 minutes after i finally get "be yourself" written out, a cop comes and parks his car about half a block down the street and watches me until i stop taking photos and go inside.
i'm such a threat, y'all. seriously.
I got my first pair of TOMS! Which means some little child in need got a pair too! One for One, woop woop! They are so fury and comfy and high topy and awesome!

Hello people of Flickr.
So two weeks ago when I was in Hawaii, I bought these shoes at a local gelato shop.
I tried a few on and really loved the color of these, so I bought them! Somehow, I managed to grab the wrong size, and when I got back to mainland and put them on, they were HUGE on me. I then realized they were MENS size 12. Wayyyy too big.
So basically I am saying all this to announce that I am selling these shoes!
Preferrably to U.S. people only.
Price is $30 plus $5 shipping.
Nordstroms sells them for almost $60... Just sayin' :P

I have to march down a very steep flight of rickety stairs to get to the stadium floor for graduation, so heels were out. Instead of buying generic flats, I decided to get a pair of red TOMS shoes. Not only are they comfy and bright, but my purchase gave a child a pair of shoes too.
Win-Win!
My replacement TOMS came in today! I was getting tired of people making fun of the holes in my old ones :( haha. I wear them pretty much every day cause they go with everything!
We're taking my Christmas tree down tonight so I wanted a pretty bokeh light picture before it's gone; I figured i could incorporate my new TOMS in. :)
