Call me crazy, but I love this. I was only attracted to this part of the lantern. The lantern as a whole was ugly.
Here's an antique that'll be in a dumpster soon, maybe. This is an old steam radiator. Unlike most of these that I have seen over the years this one is made of pieces of pipe, not cast iron. From the St Johnsbury Train Station prior to its renovation.
They greet you at the entrance of the cloister gate. Malmesbury Abbey Gardens are privately owned and maintained by naturalists. Gardening in the buff...slightly more safe than deep frying naked, but still not something I do on purpose.
Just uploading some ancient work, so that I can link it to the new alpha.tribe blog:
These were used for the t-shirts of Play Furry and Gloss Furry and we want to show them in a post which Alpho is writing right now. However, in reality they are commercial illustrations which I made almost 15 years ago, in another life it seems at this point... I will probably upload a whole bunch of other stuff I made back then as well. Might as well get it out of harms way and start an online archive.

The bottle on the left was manufactured in the period 1991 to 1994. The bottle on the right was manufactured in the period 1928 to 1937, when the city and state location of the specific plant was embossed on the bottle bottoms.

One of the blocks from the old wallpaper2. This was hanging in the corner of a very dark room. I was shooting full auto w/ flash. I have some more details to post soon. These wallpaper shots were from the St Johnsbury Train Station prior to its renovation.
I renewed my flickr pro account which turns one year old next week. July 14th, Bastille Day, exactly. Go celebrate by looking through my archives and beheading an effigy of Maria Antoinette.
I'd figure I'd jump way back and post some the first stuff I shot with my Sony Mavica, back when it was a new toy.
It is, as many of you know, a poster of a famous monologue from a famous movie.
