Ivy is eighteen years old, and is still, as she has always been, such a sweet gentle cat. She used to love to play outside, and was proud of her wooded domain. However, she chose to become an indoor cat a couple of years ago, due to the dogs & assertive cat from next door who didn't respect her territory. Rather than fight, she moved indoors, apparently without regret.

In 29 days my Roofus will have his 18th birthday. Everyone agrees he is holding up very well for his years and I know he is really starting to slow down so every moment with him is a treasure. He spends lots more time curled up in bed and PetCo had a sale on kennel pads so I bought a couple. Looking like a wise buy!

He is a good looking 16 year old cat, but this year, the vet found all sorts of old cat problems. He has cataracts, is on thyroid medicine and eating wet food - and that makes him very happy. Also some pictures here of his brother Runyon.
