the thing about these days is that i feel like winter...even in the middle of june...it's funny how the right combination of music, mist, and mood can change the season all by itself.
today started out a super gloomy, really hot, sticky, rainy day. very typical of chicago. to my great surprise and pleasure, however, as i sat alone in norbucks in a heavenly recliner by the fire, enjoying an AMAZING mix cd i've just received in the mail ;), the rain stopped and the most amazing fog i've ever seen emerged. and that includes the bay area fog. so naturally i had to drop everything and run outside to take almost 200 pictures instead of doing my homework. as for this song--i just started listening to this guy the other day thanks to a recommendation, and oh my god. talk about love, people.
anyway, quick update--i'm smack in the middle of hell week. i am so sorry for not being as frequent on all of your streams and comments, but i promise i will get better as soon as i'm done with school--one week from tomorrow!!! i hope you are all wonderful, and we will catch up soon!

My house is tilted, I swear, it's not camera tilt. I straightened this as much as I could.
Grateful daily for BUBBLE BATHS and my old claw foot tub, I LOVE IT!

The first song I've heard from them. The song is really moving, I mean the lyrics. Lol not being redudant or anything. I like the message of the song. And I could kinda relate to it actually, but not on a love-intimate kind but you know what I mean, right? Me and my best friend really had this connection even though we're far away from each other. And we function like we're just literally together. It's amazing how in those years, we turned out more close to each other despite the distance. So now, I don't know if I could move one without her. Cause almost all my life, she's been there for me. She was like the strong part of me. So now, I feel more lonely... OMG, enough drama. I've had enough for myself these past few days. But yeah, still grieving..
And I have this story that I've started 2 years ago (inspired by Twilight. XD Ohyeah) and been posting chapters on Myspace, that the main character was named after her, then I've stopped because I suddenly got uninterested. :/ But now, I'm thinking of continuing it... We'll see. I'm still thinking. HAHAHA. Okay, enough babbling. Have a nice day everyone.

flickr was not kind to this one... the green looks more like grass and less like sludge, and in general, the original RAW file is crisper and more vibrant. The purple is also completely off. Errrgh. HBW!
