Greg Brown is a painter and native of Palo Alto, California, best known for his trompe l'oeil murals in the San Francisco Bay area. He sprang into national prominence with his "Pedestrian series of 1976." The project included 9 trompe l'oeil figures/vignettes sprinkled throughout the downtown area of Palo Alto, California. This experience spawned a love affair with walls that continues to this day.

So, I got some PRO new Vans, they are so comfy, and pro. I love them. I swear, when Im older, Im going to have a MASSIVE collection of Vans, their shoes are so amazing. I love getting new shoes, and I know Im not the only one who does this, when you get new shoes, you try to keep em' as clean as possible, thats my goal, but when you have to walk across two large muddy fields in the rain, it makes things difficult.

okay, so i know i'm late for posting this, and i know it's cliche and cheesy, but i really, REALLY did love m.j. there was a period in high school when that's all i would listen to. i imitated his every move (minus buying a chimp and naming my ranch "neverland"). i am a proud owner of 'moonwalker,' and i can [somewhat] do the moonwalk (i was MUCH better before i had foot surgery). i even made my mom rent the elephant man movie after i heard he bought the elephant man's bones.

so, here's to you, michael. i'll never stop driving my friends crazy with my impersonations of you. and that's a promise.

This photo is a bit "Off the Wall" and perhaps ironic given the incident at the BRIT awards in 1996.

As a youngster Michael Jackson was part of my musical wallpaper. I wasn't his greatest fan but I did enjoy some of what he produced and as a DJ in the 80's/90's witnessed the pleasure his music gave to millions. As the Reve. Jesse Jackson said, "He was a deeply flawed but once greatly talented human being who has died."

Inspired by a flight and road trip through Missoula, MT. After interviewing Jeff Ament from Pearl Jam with Vans for an episode of "Pass the Bucket". Flying out I saw this great sunset, thinking if I have "made it", or produced my greatest work. Then realized after working on the film "Borrowing the Past" with Director Eliot Rausch, there was a line in there that struck me; "OUR GREATEST GIFT, IS YET TO BE SEEN."
