I think these are the Sexy Fries from Curry Up Now food truck at the Oakland Museum's, Off The Grid food truck event.
Sweet potato fries with paneer cheese, a curry sauce, cheese, and onions. It was spicy. And really good as left overs at 2:00 in the morning...

Cheap and easy to build. It doesn't look fancy but it works great!

The entire estate is fully solar powered and exists in complete luxury...off the grid! The barn behind offers 1600SF off additional storage, the solar power and back-up generator system as well as summer camp bunk area extra-ordinaire for the kids!
