I was standing near WDM2 16107 of Andal (UDL) which was ready to haul our 2068 Jorhat Town - Guwahati Jan Shatabdi Express from Jorhat Town on 12.10.2005. It was an offlink as New Guwahati deemers were entrusted to honour this train.
At present this loco is rebuilt to WDM3A standard and I haven't met it for 7 years :-(
