Inside building 1, paint, tile and trim are nearly complete and cabinet and granite installations have begun on the 4th floor with floor. Roofing is complete on Buildings 2 and 5 and elevations are underway. Inside Building 2 Interior trades are completing rough plumbing, electric, fire sprinkler and HVAC.
Masonry shafts, stair towers and installation of 3rd floor panels are almost complete on buildings 3 and 4.
Ongoing site work includes the rigging of submersible transformers; parking lot curbs and site lighting being installed in phase 1. With colder weather approaching interior parking lot development and courtyard construction as well as completing the installation of all utilities to the buildings is a priority.
