Les offices, (1560 - 1580) étaient utilisés comme bureaux de magistrats, juges, techniciens et marchands de Florence, et furent transformés par une galerie privée pour le plaisir de la famille régnante de Florence, les Médicis, et de leurs hôtes. Outre aux peintures, aux statues, aux bijoux et aux instruments scientifiques, furent exposées aussi des armes et ceci fit de la galerie une des collections plus intéressante du monde. En 1865, les Offices devinrent un musée, et aujourd'hui les Offices sont composés de 50 salles comprenant peintures allant du 13° au 18° siècle. Parmi les plus célèbres, la célèbre « Madone sur le trône » de Giotto, la « Bataille de San Romano » de Paolo Uccello, le dittico de Piero de la Francesca « Federico de Montefeltro », « la naissance de Vénère » de Botticelli, en plus des 3 œuvres de Leonardo de Vinci, il existe une œuvre de Michelangelo, quelques unes de Raffaello et beaucoup de Tiziano et de Caravaggio. Toutes les peintures sont disposées en ordre chronologique, en sorte qu’il soit possible d’apprécier pleinement toutes les évolutions de l'art à travers les siècles.

Minister Naughten Launches TG4 News and Current Affairs Archive!
Communications Minister Denis Naughten TD, today launched the recently catalogued and digitised TG4 News and Current Affairs Archive 1996-2004 at an event in the offices of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) in Dublin.
This project makes available some 1500 hours of TG4 news and current affairs output ,produced by Nuacht RTÉ for TG4 andbroadcast during the 1996-2004 period, the first years of the channel’s existence. It received funding support from the BAI’s Archiving Funding Scheme and the approval of RTÉ. The cataloguing portion of the work, carried out May 2016-July 2017 was outsourced by TG4, following public tender won by Europus, a Gaeltacht-based independent company.
In parallel with the cataloguing, TG4’s own in-house staff with thanks to RTÉ Archives ,prepared, cleaned and then digitised the Archive contents, designed the cataloguing systems and also the website through which the content is now accessible to the public for research and educational purposes. Former buildings of Lee Parish / Board of Works, Woodyates Road (formerly Woodstock Road), Lee.
Built 1883 for the local 'vestry' which from 1900 was replaced by the Metropolitan Borough of Lewisham.
The site behind was a council depot until the 1980s, since converted for residential use.

A street scene in Peronne showing the offices of Le Petit Parisien (The Little Parisian). Underneath the offices there is a sign for Librairie Nouvelle (New Library). The street has been badly bombed or shelled, one building has been completely destroyed. Further along the street there are a few people, including a man on a bicycle.
A lot of French architecture and land was devastated by prolonged warfare, as scenes like this typify. It took many years for the re-building to be completed. Scenes such as this were commonly used as propaganda, intended to reaffirm resolve the enemy.

It's no wonder nobody works here, the interior decor probably hasn't changed much since the 1930's. Never mind the lighting being really bad. And with the security measures in place I can't imagine many get a chance to walk these hallways much, if ever.
It has however been a rather popular spot for movie shoots (evident in passing a door marked "Narcotics Unit").
This particular floor of a certain large train station is currently being renovated for the offices of a large green transportation authority to move into.
These offices enjoy a prominant position in Wirral Business Park and has views up the Mersey to Frodsham Hill and Stanlow
The 'offices to let' sign without the 'ff', next to the baroque/ Art Deco style 1931 Paramount Theatre Building, on Pilgrim Street, Newcastle City Centre. Paramount Theatre was sold to Odeon Cinema in 1939; sadly the building remains vacant today. Shabby and run down, a real trajedy for the Toon. If I had the money...this building would be mine!
