Rear pass-thru bay w/spare tire. Extra elastomeric roof coat. Roof got 3 coats in January 2011 before solar panels installed. Roof has had 8 coats installed since we've owned the RV....never any chalking or leaks

RV drives straight, no wobble or shaking, strong running engine and transmission

This is a National Trust property that you can rent. It's in a wonderful location and, though it's off the grid, there is some electricity provided via a generator. We enjoyed our few days there enormously.
