What is a Circuit Board Enclosure?
Printed circuit board enclosures is equipment to store and protect printed circuit boards, which can offer a PCB cover. In order to protect the PCB from environmental factors, adding possible consideration of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), circuit board enclosure box is almost certain that the PCB will be placed in some form of enclosure. Inevitably, the printed circuit board enclosures will interfere with the free flow of air around the PCB and therefore also have an impact on the thermal performance of the system.
Features of Printed Circuit Board Enclosures
The printed circuit board enclosures are completely sealed and has no holes or seams.
The thickness of the printed circuit board enclosures is 2 mm, independent of the housing material.
The printed circuit board enclosures are capable of dissipating thermal energy to the outside environment through convection, conduction and radiation mechanisms.
Safety Distance Between enclosure design for PCB
The production and processing of PCBA for the board and the enclosure design for PCB will generally have safety distance requirements. This distance can ensure that our PCBA board will not be damaged in some harsh environment.
The safety distance between the PCBA board and mounting PCB in the enclosure includes electrical clearance (space distance), creepage distance (distance along the surface), and insulation penetration distance.
I. PCBA board and the circuit board enclosure of the electrical clearance requirements: electrical clearance refers to the two adjacent conductors or a conductor and the adjacent motor shell surface along the shortest distance measured by air. According to the measured working voltage and insulation level, the distance can be decided.
II. PCBA board and circuit board enclosure creepage distance requirements: creepage distance refers to the two adjacent conductors or a conductor and the adjacent motor shell surface along the shortest distance measured by the absolute insulation surface.
III. PCBA board and circuit board enclosure insulation penetration distance requirements: it should be in accordance with the working voltage and insulation application occasions in line with the following provisions.
For working voltage not exceeding 50V (71V AC peak or DC value), there is no thickness requirement.
The minimum thickness of additional insulation should be 0.4mm.
When the reinforced insulation is not subject to any mechanical stress at the normal temperature that may lead to deformation or performance degradation of the insulation material, the minimum thickness of the reinforced insulation should be 0.4mm.

Asakusa Sensō-ji
In 645, renowned Buddhist priest Shokai Shonin built Kannondo Hall upon visiting the Asakusa district during his travels. Following a revelation he received in a dream, Shokai decided that the image should be hidden from human view, and this tradition has remained in place ever since.
Asakusa began as an obscure fishing village along an estuary of Tokyo Bay, part of the vast wilderness of the area known as Musashi. The district later thrived as people arrived in increasing numbers to worship. When Ennin (794-864), the highest-ranking priest of Enryaku-ji (head temple of the Tendai School of Buddhism) visited Senso-ji in the mid-ninth century, he created a statue identical to the hidden one that could be viewed and worshipped by the people.
During the Kamakura period (1192-1333), the shoguns, who held the true power in Japan during this time, demonstrated great devotion to Senso-ji. Gradually, other historically prominent figures including military commanders and the literati came to follow their example. Enjoying the protection of these illustrious individuals, the temple buildings were refined. During the Edo period (1603-1867), first Edo shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu deemed Senso-ji the temple where prayers for the aspirations of the shogunate would be offered. As a result the buildings were imbued with still greater dignity, and the temple complex flourished as the center of Edo (present-day Tokyo) culture.
Senso-ji is Tokyo's oldest temple. Known affectionately to people all over Japan as the temple of the Asakusa Kannon, it draws some 30 million visitors every year, remaining an important center of worship.
