Participating schools are College of DuPage, Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, The French Pastry School of Chicago, Kendall College, Joliet Junior College, Lexington College, Robert Morris University and Washburne Culinary Institute.
The event featured Illinois Wines and an Eli's Dessert Buffet.
