Former Odd Fellow Loge, in present time Kino Lwów, al. Gen. Józefa Hallera, Wrocław, Poland. Architect Adolf Rading, built 1925-1927. Influenced by De Stijl and Frank Loyd Wright.
I have just been in Naples to attend to a youth forum and, while travelling by bus to the hotel, I saw this odd scene in the outskirts of the city, just near the Vaesuvium.
It was a very untidy and dirty area, garbage was everywere (pollution due to litter is a huge problem for this beautiful city), and close the ruined building on the right there was...a little altar! As you can see in the area highlighted by the "note" the altar was also decorated with fresh lowers and an Italian flag...
Italy is so strange, you can see history and popular faith even in the most abandoned place, even among litter...
This train which showed up at DeKalb Avenue caused several people to consult the map. The J does not belong and the destinations are odd.
These are just documentary shots of this one odd Canada Goose - I've never seen one before with the white mark going all the way across the back of the head like this one. Does anyone know why? Is it a hybrid, or leucistic?
Canada Goose, Branta canadensis

This was taken for the Photo Friday 'Alone' challenge. Alone doesn't have to be on your own. As with this poor little white crocus, surrounded by purple crocuses (crocii?), you can be in a crowd and still be alone, if you're the odd one out.
Quite a few butterflies were seen as we slowly made our way back from the bottom of Garni gorge to the village of Garni high above it.
This was a new species to me on this trip. I saw few of them but there were several in this area.
In my my garden, March 18, 2014 Christchurch New Zealand.
So odd to see this rhododendron flowing at this time of year!
The Pageant welcomed in LA hip-hop collective Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All -- most commonly known as simply Odd Future -- and their current Camp Flog Gnaw Tour on Friday, September 14, 2012.

An odd couple handed me this while I was DJing the other night, playing deep house and broken beats. I tried to explain I didn't have these tunes and would never play them but they just looked really sad then left. Maybe they went home to play them.
It was the first time I looked up and saw my name in the spot where people can post what they are listening to. It seems that my reaction caused Jeremy to see things as being odd.
Jeremy has our chat for this odd moment.

This was my first visit to the Ringling estate in about 15 years - it was alright - the mansion was nice and the art museum was pretty cool. Great location on the water in Sarasota. This is a nice stop if you are in the area.
I took these photos in January 2012.
The odd items that I have to have to teach my lab. These are dowel rods that I'm using as sounding rods for a bathymetry lab I taught Monday night.
Odd, Easter-egg like contraption outside Site Santa Fe, that we pass on our walk to the Railyard park in Santa Fe. The thing has a door, a white interior and otherwise mystifies me.
