My first real experiences with the Oculus Rift, and I gotta admit it was pretty rad.

The oculus is the opening at the top of the dome. The opening is 9.1 metres across. It and the entrance doors are the only source of natural light. It also functions for both cooling and ventilation. When it rains, a drainage system in the floor below carries away rainwater that falls through the oculus.

Smoke worked on installing a piece of wood in the centerpiece of the

dome structure to help us get the initial structure up. Tomorrow we
