Bit of an unfortunately reflection along the bottom...but that's what happens when you don't bring a polarizer!

Designed by Santiago Calatrava, The Oculus is a shopping mall and transportation hub at the World Trade Centre site in New York City.
my favourite tool for making black and white images is Snapseed: as well as being able to filter on any colour, it has lots of presets for monochrome styles, tools to manipulate grain, and more
The skeletal roof of Calatrava's Oculus bears a strong resemblance to several of his later buildings including the transportation center in New York City.
the "great hall" connects the fulton transit center to the path station, many trade center buildings and brookfield place via underground tunnels.
Oculus - PATH Station in NYC. Lovely place that, depending on the hour, has entirely different shadows and composition. Unfortunately, limited colors but with shadows, that usually means you can get some great results desaturated.
