The new World Trade Center (WTC) Transportation Hub or Oculus is the design of Santiago Calatrava with an interior the exceeds the cavernous Grand Central Station on 42nd Street. The post 9-11 World Trade Center site is more of a cacophony of designs, whereas the original World Trade Center had a design theme. Tribute in Lights 2021 one of the my last outings with the NYC Photographers Meetup Group, a wonderful group of fellow photographers who are really wonderful people and extremely gifted & talented photographers who I was fortunate to partake in many photographic adventures with for many years. This is from Pier 1 Brooklyn, the iconic pylons. You can see other photographers scurrying as I was literally sitting on the rocks above with my camera on its tripod.
