2 layer 12" square cakes covered in marshmellow fondant. All medical equipment and medical symbol is made from gum paste. Small white 6" round cake on top for nursing cap to rest on. Square cake is Chai latte (most favorite flavor) and Devils chocolate.
This is very near the nursing home where my dad lives so I pass it often. There was a "for sale" sign on the property, then the sign disappeared and I noticed different horses there so I assume it has a new owner. Sunday when I went by, the pasture in the foreground had been mowed, a fence had been removed and this horse appeared to be tied to the tree. He was pacing around and didn't look very happy to be confined that way!
