This is a theme engine for the notification daemon that I've just started to work on. It is supposed to be like NotifyOSD.
Notifications aren't working for me on flickr. I will only respond to comments and likes on the first image in my stream until this issue is fixed.

as many of you know, due to ongoing SL market place issues, some listed items have disappeared from sellers mp stores.
though plans are set to offer the entire brand for sale on the mp, the technical issues have caused delay.
this affects, from what I've heard, many stores. if you can't find what you're looking for there, shop inworld if the seller has a shop.
the le glamouriste mp expansion will resume as soon as LL has the fix completed. some improvements were made today, but this has been ongoing since the summer, and I'll be testing the site in the weeks ahead.
of particular note, one or more product demos are missing from the mp, though linked to their full product versions. ALL le glam demos are free, whether on the MP or inworld, if you don't see them on the MP, please tp to the store to get a copy.
it is not my desire to create unnecessary work for anyone, and demoing is critical, so please tp in, and enjoy the stay. the store is a comfortable place to try your perspective purchases, work on your avi or just hang out.

on the bright side, there's benefits to shopping inworld. many group benefits aren't supported on the MP, but you'll have full advantage to use them when shopping inworld.

I've set up a custom Ruby script to scrape my balance information from the Three.co.uk website, and a custom app to receive the notifications. I've set it up to tell me my balance every day, since there is no automatic notification on Three as there is with O2.
The Notification message is changed also .. And notice the green icon in systray ..

The application icons for iOS devices have predefined shape: a square with rounded corners. There are no exceptions for that. Or... You can expand the boundaries by a creative trick, the icon can be visually complemented by using a notification mark (the red circle with indexes). Their combination can be turned into a cute animal, a clown, a rocket, a robot and many other images. Here some examples done by me
