One thing that I think Second Life is severely in short stock of is "wet" clothes. I love the way that cloth looks when soaked all the way through (in a PG way!), so seeing that Kottr made a shirt in the "wet" style made me so very, very happy! Another January 1st, another attempt at taking a photograph every day for an entire year.
My first photo of 2022 was the piece, New Year, Same Pandemic. The photo was taken less than two hours after my partner and I officially got together so I decided I wanted to make it a tradition. Still thinking about the safety of celebration in a socially distanced world, so this year's party for two took place in our apartment bathroom. It's insane how last year's title reigns true, we both got COVID from a funeral just two weeks ago. Continue to mask where people gather and get your vaccinations when they are available. (In the U.S. the most recent booster became available for adults in September of 2022)
I last completed a daily photo challenge in 2016 while still in high school. I have made a couple of attempts to complete a second year since but I haven't been committed enough to the project or fulfilled enough by the practice to finish. My most recent attempt in 2022 was enjoyable but not taking place at an easy time in my life, so I am excited to give it a go this year.
