Fawaz, a dear friend, has been absent from the virtual world of Secondlife for many months now. Our paths crossed in the enchanting Le Monde Perdu region, where we embarked on a memorable stroll surrounded by the gentle, golden colors of autumn. As we walked, the leaves gracefully descended from the trees, creating a swirling dance around us. Fawaz’s presence added an extra touch of warmth and camaraderie to our picturesque surroundings.

Sweet Spectacular Sensual Pretty Pink Petals - IMRAN™
I love roses. I have dozens of rose bushes at my blessed homes in both Florida and New York. This is a SOOC (straight out of camera) photo I took at home in Apollo Beach at the start of spring this year.
I took it with my 14 years old Nikon D300. I do not have a real macro lens in my camera bag, as it is not one of my common photography themes. I often use my zoom lenses, great for landscapes and travel pictures, just do double duty for photos like this.
The perfectly pink sensual sweet unfurling petals of this rose made me stop to smell the roses and click the camera. I reduced the size of the photo to 20% for uploading to my online pages.
