Himalayan Ice crystals, also known as Nirvana Quartz have only just been discovered within the past few years.
Himalayan Ice crystals are found near the Kullu Pass in the high Indian Himalayas.
As you may have heard due to global warming, the frozen ice caps of the Himalayan mountains which have stood for thousands of years are now beginning to melt... Beneath the glaciers lay these ancient crystals.
The Himalayan Ice crystals are a type of Growth Interference Quartz and come in two forms, clear or delicate ice pink.
Himalayan ice crystals do not exhibit regular six sided bodies and terminations, so this crystal is indeed rare as you can actually see its Quartz form with some straight sides and hexangonal core!
This crystal has totally unpredictable, unusually etched, growth patterns with characteristic crags, triangular formations and deep slots. Its pink colour is due to the presence of hematite. Pink is associated more with feminine energy and the heart charka. It has little upside down and indented, trigonic record keepers and glyphs too.

I knew I recognized him, probably from when I was on the sideshow doing radio promo.
This was taken at Jeff Gilbert's Feedback Lounge, shot the day MJ died, but we were there for the book release party of Gillian Gaar's new book The Rough Guide to Nirvana.
I met Chad Channing as well.

P5040156. Photo: Kitties at our second hotel, Nirvana. Jamaica Vacation: Matt & I spend 1 week in Negril, on the West coast of Jamaica to attend Jason & Shana's wedding. The first half of the week we stayed on our own on the cliffs at Samsara and the 2nd half we moved to Nirvana on the Beach to join the wedding party. Daily we ate amazing homecooked food, took dips in the ocean, and saw amazing sunsets. The locals never left us alone, even when we though we outwitted them by renting bikes, so we could just bike away, but instead the locals on bikes followed us instead. The wedding was nice simply ceremony on the beach at sunset.
