Hi ya! I am a the incredible Nimbus cat. I was born May 28, 2018. I am soft, sweet and I absolutely love to cuddle! I love playing with toys and running around with other cats. My buddy Benny, who is also up for adoption, and I spend lots of time playing together. I would love to find a home where I can have other kitty friends to play and snuggle with. I just love the companionship and having a friend. I also absolutely love getting attention from my foster hoomans. Whenever they pet me, I gently grab their hand with mine, pull it close and give them lots of kitty kisses. I'm all around purrfection and I can't wait to find a home! I am 100% litterbox trained. I am a good boy and I am a great family cat. Just give me a chance and you'll be so glad you did! Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Today I had lunch at the local Whole Foods. Of course I had to take a trip thru the beer section. This six pack jumped out at me. How could I resist with all this red on it.
Nimbus is a local brewery. Well Tucson. Their beer is OK. I don't buy it but it's never on tap here in Phoenix. I have had this red ale though.
Finally the timing worked out such that I was in the area and the water was flowing. However a few challenges were in my path. With only a short window to take this shot I had to make it a quickie. I struck out in the first parking area after parking illegially it seemed to get the park ranger's attention in just 60 seconds. So I proceeded to another vantage of the dam and discovered a different park ranger there. It really ruined the opportunity since I was planning on climbing through a hole in a fence that said not trespassing and did not need to be witnessed by the ranger. Finally after 15-min of hunting for a vantage I had to park (legally) then run up on the bridge with the gear and shoot in an even shorter timeframe to makeup the lost time. I hate being rushed. The drizzling rain didn't seem to impair the image as I expected it was going to be ruined for sure with this long exposure. Enjoy this DAM photo since it wasn't easy, however always a fun journey. I wasn't going to leave without my DAM photo!
