This potential rail transportation system utilizing the Kenilworth alignment for the future SW LRT along with a Midtown Greenway streetcar line could be added to later on with north/south streetcar lines on Hennepin, Lyndale, Nicollet, Chicago and Bloomington Avenues along with an east/west line on Franklin where streetcars operated up until the 1950s, serving the city of Minneapolis with high quality public transit for generations to come.

I finished my first project out of Amy Singer's new book, "No Sheep For You. This is the "Network" hat, which consists of a silk lace outer shell and a cotton lining. I used my hand dyed handspun silk hankies for the silk lace shell, and Mission Falls 1824 Cotton for the lining. It's a very substantial structured hat which will be very warm and practical this fall.
