The National Broadband Network (NBN) is an Australian national wholesale open-access data network project. It includes wired and radio communication components rolled out and operated by NBN Co Limited.
Originally intended to be a predominately Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) network, Fibre to the node (FTTN) and Hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC) segments have been grafted onto the network following a politically motivated change to the rollout.

The evening gave attendees the special opportunity to explore the first floor of the Museum of the National Center of Afro-American Artists, which is New England's largest independent black cultural arts institution notably producing the annual Black Nativity.
On December 21, 2010 Samuel Gebru of the Ethiopian Global Initiative (EGI) and Edmund Barry Gaither of the National Center of Afro-American Artists held an intimate holiday networking mixer in Boston, Massachusetts. The networking mixer provided attendees with the opportunity to learn more about and support EGI's global work.
Community members and partners celebrated the appointment of Hannah Terrell as the new Branch Leader of Beatties Ford Road Regional Library during a public networking event. Residents were invited to learn more about their local branch, services provided by community partners, and how the Library is a center for creating community connections.

The annual Legislative Networking Mixer for the Legislative Affairs Committee of West Orange County was held at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, Calif., on Friday, August 22, 2014.
This event included Representatives from the Chambers from the cities of Westminster, Fountain Valley, Stanton, La Palma, Community of Rossmoor, Los Alamitos Unified School District, the Cypress School District, Southern California Gas Company, the Southern California Edison Company, the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station, and the Field Representatives from the above noted Congressional, State Senate, State Assembly, County Board of Supervisors and other local elected officials. We are a progressive and forward thinking business networking organisation that brings local businesses together each week for an hour of interactive networking.
At each meeting one member delivers a 15-minute presentation to the meeting.
Then, each person speaks for five minutes about their business while sitting at a table of six. Tables are mixed each week, so you get to meet different people. This is a major point of difference with Elite6 compared to other networking groups. Members are encouraged to meet outside the Elite6 meetings for further discussion about how their businesses might collaborate and/or refer to each other.
We also promote each business online with the Elite6 Members Directory each member has the ability to post Blogs and Events! Again this is distinctive to Elite6. Several groups meet each week in Ferrymead, Cashmere, Rolleston, Christchurch City, Tower Junction, Rangiora, Papanui, Waimakariri, Avonhead, Merivale and Sydenham with more groups springing up all the time in other areas.
