So we have these fruit baskets with netting to keep the bugs off. One was empty, so kitten put it to good use. She closed it herself, too. No mosquito bites for her!

After our bitter defeat in the first battle, we decided to defend our saskatoons. We blanketed our shrubs with bird netting. Hopefully, that will confound the corvids. But they are smart so who knows.
