Last in this series on Ice. Another one for fun. I could not resist posting this one. At first glance it was like looking at a Gary Larson comic character. A typical nerd. Googly eyes maybe from really thick glasses and a goofy buck-toothed grin. Nerdy, but innocent and very friendly.

While I play Tav quite a bit, the unsung hero really is my alt Lytho McGinnis. She's always a badass in whatever role she plays, from stern matron at Mischief Managed to now a Tactical Medic at Cocoon Station. Some would say she likes hurting people just so she can have the fun of patching them back up.

Somehow got talked into a Harry Potter themed photo shoot... here are the nerds ..err.. I mean results ;)

Admittedly, it's a nice curve; perfect for "train geeks", train nerds", "train nuts" and so forth to take pictures. Great Lakes Central OSTN rolls north at Geeck road a few miles south of Owosso.

Messy/damp hair because it stormed just as I was headed home and there was hail!! :0 The temperature plummeted from 15°C to 9°C in the span of 10 minutes...

See, I wasn't going to buy the Axent Wear headphones, especially since I have a really nice pair of B&O noise-cancelling ones that only ever get used on flights. >___> But I checked Gumtree on a whim and someone was selling a blue and a red, both at half price... so I bought both. /facepalms

My nerd glasses .

You could say I have a Nerd Crush on libraries. I've always been a reader and I remember one of the first things I did when I moved to New York was signing up for a library card at my local branch. I now have 3 library cards one from each of the 3 city library systems : New York Public Library, Brooklyn Public Library and the Queens Library.

A last minute entry for this year's Nerdvember.

I had thought of a couple possibilities for this contest given the vast amount of plausible characters to Nerd-i-fy, but this one seemed the most viable given the time I had left (such a procrastinator!). Plus... bling bling!

I tried the glasses over the gate first, but that made the dark grey around the entrance look like a mustache... So I went for a two headed castle instead!
