Oh noes! 43% Nerd, 65% Geek, 8% Dork = "Pure Geek" *weeps* I wanted to be one of the cool ones, like Outcast Genius, Certified Misanthrope, Misunderstood Hero..
Oh and that's me on the right, apparently.. Which is odd, cos last time I was in a photo with a Storm Trooper, I'm pretty sure I was Darth Vader! ;o)
One day I was bored, got my fake glasses, wore my old polo shirt (intended for HRM group presentation last last semester), add up this huge neck tie and click click.
*Gawd. My titles are horrible. I'm not creative when it comes to making up titles so excuse me, please.*
NERD: glasses and the collared top. no~not all of this kind of fashion statement is really that nerdy; I'm just referring to myself, gah. Just to clear things up. :D
EDIT: This was edited in PS CS2. I was practicing how to make pictures look like old printouts. ^0^

From a gay bookshop in the Castro on Pink Saturday. The plot - if you'll believe it - is about a gay detective taking his spina bifida brother to a sci-fi convention, at which point murderising ensues in 'witty' sci-fi nerd related ways (hacked to death with a fantasy broadsword)...
From the left: Laura Stitt as Clelia Waldgrave, Dane Castle as Willum Cubbert, John Q. Bruce as Warnock Waldgrave and Michelle Chaho as Tansy McGinnis.
"The Nerd"
A comedy by Larry Shue
Live on stage at Weathervane Playhouse in Akron, Ohio, from April 28 to May 15, 2011
Directed by Rohn Thomas
What would you do if someone you’re supposed to admire shows up suddenly at your birthday party and then refuses to leave? That’s the central premise of "The Nerd," a hilarious, hijink-packed comedy.
Set in Terre Haute, Indiana, in late 1981, "The Nerd" introduces us to the hysterical dilemma of a young architect named Willum Cubbert, a long-suffering yet straight-shooting man. We learn that Willum was a soldier in Vietnam before he became a successful architect, and he feels deeply indebted to a mysterious stranger named Rick Steadman. After being seriously wounded in battle, Rick saved Willum’s life. And because he was unconscious during this daring rescue, Willum has never really met Rick. Consequently, Willum is delighted when Rick shows up unexpectedly at his apartment in Terre Haute on the night of his 34th birthday party. However, Rick’s uncouth manner and his inappropriate behavior threaten to throw the happy occasion into serious shambles. It turns out that Rick is a stupid "nerd" who overstays his welcome with a vengeance. Have you ever heard the saying that “fish and houseguests stink after three days?” "The Nerd" pays humorous homage to that clever maxim!

This is a great shot I think, by Sara.

my favorite cousin ever, that just started high school [:
check out me reflected in her nerd glasses. crazy!
You know you are talking to a nerd if that person is too much involved in academics and every now and then quotes examples from text books. Nerds are basically introverts and are seen as socially inapt people. They usually spend most of their time watching shows like Star Wars, reading physics or playing chess. www.researchomatic.com/New-Research/Nerd-108399.html
