The original ISO 1600 image reprocessed with about 6 stops brightening as an ISO 100,000 image. And then used as raw material for the Picnik neon effect processing.

My Canon 5D had an empty battery. On winter days it seems to be only good for about 250 photos. Even though the temperature was above freezing. So the Samsung Camera phone had to work again.
With the Picnik neon effect treatment the poor technical quality of the original photo does not matter much. I am happy with the image I created here.

This is one of the very few neon effect photos I am happy with. So of course I had to figure out how this particular image looks in sepia instead of red toned.

I used Picnik.com and the Neon effect. I really like the picture better with that effect.
taken at night, without flash. terribly out of focus, but, trust me, there was barely enough room for the driver. Then wantonly messed with using neon effect - which I have never liked or used. So I think I slid downhill here. The scene itself was a big garish. The original is next door.
