Efficient sales are all a business needs to grow in this too-competitive world. No matter which industry you are in, you need to strengthen the sales team. When it comes to strengthening your sales team, you should have a better understanding of sales enablement roles and responsibilities. Sales enablement empowers a sales team to win more deals by effectively removing obstacles and delivering valuable resources. Increasing the productivity of the sales team is not that easy.

I took my bathroom wall clock apart and saved a brass washer and nut, and the minute/hour hands.
Competition is healthy. Everyone needs to face competition in there lives because if you don't you'll just won't get any better than you are now. Competition doesn't have to be with another person, it can also be with just you. Although the later, in my opinion, is harder than the other. Because it is easier to say that but hardest to realize because you are going against you. And in my opinion you tend to tell yourself that you are beating yourself or just making yourself excuses so it seems like you are. With that said, it is important to realized that your hardest competition is yourself. I say that because down deep I out hearts it rally is. The only reason that we compete with other people is because we can see it in realtime and we can instantly compare it with. But with yourself, you have I take the time to realize that you are better than before.
One of those ways is keeping track of yourself. You have I do this because no one else will. In one way I can like to think that I do a good job of this. The one way that I know that i have improved is that I have documented everything I do. I made some tangible that I can refer to in the future. But more important than that has been, me setting aside time to reflect and look back. This to me is of the upmost importance because it is when you physically see the change for the better or worst. But YOU have to do reflect and review to see where you have come from.
This evening I had a chance to see that myself. Tonight was the evening of the Professional Photographers of San Diego County Image Competition. A bimonthly competition where we as photographers put our best images forward and open it up for judging. Something that can be hard to take especially when you emotionally invested your time, effort, and heart in. But like I always say, take it with humility and you will not only learn but get better. And it is what you do with the result that shows the true nature of your character.
Tonight overall I did very well. Two of the three images that I entered did well. I was lucky enough again this time to have won the best in my category. It surely is an honor to do so because I have been working for close to 6 years on my photography craft of landscapes.
Just last night I was looking through some of my past work. And while I did this I compared to what I did and what I'm doing now. And all.i can say is wow!!' It a crazy thought because at the time (even now) you think you still have a lot to learn or that you are best at whatever it is that you do. But it is the realization of seeing progress and be humble about it is a honorary skill set to have because you are responsible for yourself and where you go.

The shirts just need ironing, but the rest are small quilts that need quilting... All but two are fully basted and pinned, all have been that way for at least three years! Just finished setting up my machine to start sewing through them this week.
Street Images 2000-2007 needs to become a new website being created on June 11, 2020 and it will have Month Date and year button and it will have a red icon being dragged to a street and parking lot and drive thru and viewing the past on all streets and highways and all bank drive thrus and everywhere.

Street Images 2000-2007 was supposed to become a new website on New Years Day on Tuesday January 1, 2008 but when nothing happened it got delayed & moved forward to June 11, 2020.
