Day 6: More shots of the outcrops at the Ponte de Piedade. Lagos, Portugal

July 18, 2014 10 hours into our loop hike, from Fall Creek TH up the switchbacks to the Notch mountain shelter and across the Halo Route, we have reached Cross Creek. Time to fill up on water and be accosted by swarms of mosquitos. I ended up with 38 bites, and that is with roll on protector and with layers of clothes.

We went to see a small waterfall and of course had to play on the slippery rocks.

Though it may seem disorienting at first, the Curious Book Shop has its own system of organization that not everyone may understand. It also has signs to guide customers to where they should, and shouldn't, explore.
