Ooooh I was very close to not post anything today, but I can't continue to skip days like I've been doing lately, so here it is. There's no concept, or original idea for this picture... I'm just very sleepy.
Just made a facebook page (I feel pretentious, but well!), if you'd like to join. For now it's mostly that it's gathering my 2 flickr accounts, but maybe in the future, if enough people have interest in the page, I'll start posting "before/after" and stuff like that...
;)

Most likely a 20b coming later, this was not the planned picture... kinda just happened by accident, but I thought I'd put it on flickr anyway...
you can buy a hand made archtop guitar by contacting Stinni the Luthier at stinni@stinniguitars.org
The genus Sericinus (Type species by monotypy: Papilio telamon Donovan, 1798 = montela Gray, 1852) (Hemming, 1967), and its only species, S. montela, is distributed in the Russian Far East, Korea, China, and Japan (Ackery, 1975). Its larvae feed on Aristolochia, and it is the only multi-voltine species in the Parnassiinae (Igarashi 2003). The life history of this species has been studied extensively by Monastyrisky and Kotlobay (1995), Li (1983), Igarashi (1984) and Nardelli (1993). There is very little published research on other aspects of S. montela; Kwon and colleagues (1995) studied the hemocytic (blood cell) differentiation in S. montela.

I hope it's not too tiring my water pictures. I had another idea that absolutely didn't work. I'm not really satisfied by this one, but I'm feeling sick so all I want is to get some rest... nap time! ;)

This week's challenge was to create a "subversive self-portrait"and it was really a challenge for me!

Still not self portrait, I'll try and take one today to catch up with the number of pictures I should be. But for now, another picture I took just for fun while visiting my friends ;)
A self-portrait inspired by Francis Bacon

A personal message, even extra small, is always nicer than something that you copy/paste in all pictures... Thank you!
trying to make a tribute to the short movie "un chien andalou" (Buñuel and Dalí) that i love so much and to the amazing song it inspired... (debaser by the Pixies)
Please check my 1st Behance project...and maybe be oh so nice and click appreciate this ;)

I'm posting it because i'm probably not going to be able to take any new picture for a long time, and that night was so nice. But the quality of the picture was horrible... so i did what i could but i'm not sure i should post it...

item collaboration : lightbulb
that was not what I wanted to do (I know that this idea has been done so much), but I needed to take my picture really fast and this was taking much less time then my other idea.
Oh... and I was very much still sleeping when I took picture... so excuse the blur :-/

it's funny, lately I've been very much into paper boats, I even made a short stop motion couple of weeks ago, it was 1 of my 1st experiments.... Nothing great, but if you want to check it out for fun (my boyfriend was great to make the soundtrack for it :) )

I was going to do something in the white/blue tones, but I got carried away by the very flashy colors of the fabrics.. hahaha...
I don't really like it, it's getting frustrating to always post things I wouldn't post if it wasn't for this 365 thing...
or "the attack of the killer books" as my inspirations were both "the birds" of Hitchcock and "the attack of the killer tomatoes" ;-P
I wanted something silly for today, was going to do something completely different with this theme, but when I saw the sun shining through my window I decided to do a last minute change. It probably made the picture not as good as it could have been, but keeping a memory of the beautiful light I get in my flat was dearest to me.

Oh! and the beautiful archtop guitar that my luthier boyfriend makes is still for sale. More infos if you click on the link or by email : stinni@stinniguitars.org

This is the best tuna sandwich I've ever had. It's fresh and delicious and HUGE. It's just a half grinder, but half of that is enough for one meal, so I get to eat the other half of the half tomorrow.

THE PROJECT
For this Issue , I have chosen the theme “BEYOND PHOTOGRAPHY“, so were invited authors and authoresses whose research touches on the boundaries of photography. You will neither find expected, attractive, images nor formal homologated styles among them. Each author has a strong personnality, its own DNA, sometimes immediate to understand and sometimes complex and hermetic. There is a “common thread” that connects all photographs: introspection. .So thank you all with great esteem and affection. Special thanks to Roberto.
THE GREATS
Mario Giacomelli the MASTER of great contrasts, Francesca Woodman in deserted interior spaces, Paolo Gioli the creative use of the technique, Christian Coigny advertising and improbable sculptures, David Halliday poetic still lifes.
THE GUESTS
Ana Caldas a state of mind and feelings , Piet Biniek photograher, shoot videos, performances, Antonio Palmerini photographing what he does not want to paint , Laura Visigalli see all that is hidden inside.
THE AUTHORS
You will find conceptual, minimalist images, similar to the painting. Distorted, abstract, graphic, mysterious pictures with :
Jack Barnoski, Marc Bluresque, Rocco Carnevale, Κατερίνα, Chrisfriel, Kersti_K, Katie Griesar, Kem Oleg, Josep Maria Linares, Johnny Micheletto, Nadia Nardelli, Giovanni Paolini, PauDesforest, Sotblindphot, Tapatim, Victoria lo.

1st Behance project
Long time no see dear flickr, things have been crazy in my flat, lots to do...
let me tell you : it's really hard to light-paint yourself!!!! :D
The inspiration for this picture came from my friend's erotic-chic photography website "Dirty Pink Girls" ;) Except all of their pictures are 100% SOOC, all the light painting is made during the photoshoot and no retouch at all afterwards!
color collaboration : yellow

Haha, ok i already missed one day, doing a self-portrait a day is really hard. I did this way too fast, but i don't think i'll have more time today... I'll go back to my idea of keys when i have time to do something better :)
