husband had the flu so he was in the other room asleep.

the next day i went to the ER w/ a fever of 102.7. iv's for 2 hrs before they would let me leave...

After taking in the views from the open upper decks of the Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the Seas as we sailed beneath the Sunshine Skyway bridge and out of Tampa Bay, Mike and I headed back inside. We had signed up for ''MyTime'' dining, so we made our way to the upper level of the Minstrel Dining Room. In the hallway leading to the restaurant entrance, I paused to take a photo of another of the many interesting artworks that adorn the ship.

A few details from the informational placard on the base of the sculpture, which was designed by Norwegian artist Nicolaus (''Nico'') Widerberg :

This sculpture has been formed in clay and cast in compact glass.

As part of the Making Kane County Fit for Kids campaign, local middle school students in the MyTime after-school program participated in Top Salad Chef competition sponsored by Pockets Restaurants of Aurora. The contest was part of a program to teach students about healthy eating, with the winning salad being placed on the Pockets menu for three months.

Alternatively: things I do at work when I think no one is looking.

I was going to process this a ton; but, I think I like the blown out bits (the floors were just waxed and the white sections are super shiny and reflective). Also, the bit of the clock bothered me...but, I think it adds...ambience?
