Busy days behind and still ahead. When I close my eyes, I dream of being alone on the beach with my dog, spending a leisurely day. I walk from hour to hour on the beach and enjoy the wind and the smell of salty sea water. I'm where I want to be right now. Just by closing my eyes.

The sun was setting on my right. I stood quietly on the beach, admiring both the deep silence and how beautifully nature painted the sky with its colors. Baltic Sea coast, Kotka. Finland.

In the morning, at the time of the blue moment, when there are still 50 minutes to sunrise, signs of the morning sun are already visible.
The blue moment fades into a golden moment. These lights and colors can be seen in these wonderful shades, especially in snowy nature during severe frosts.
I'm out for a morning walk with my dog and we'll stop here for a while before we continue our journey home.

-25 degrees below zero. Nature is completely silent; all the animals that pass here have sought shelter and I hope that they can persevere through this cold day. The only sound is my footsteps in the snow. I look at you in silence, my world, your beautiful colors faded by the cold and your trees standing calmly. I think you look wonderful.

I'm usually surrounded by people, it's wonderful, but I also enjoy being alone. For me, being alone means having my own time, which I can use unhurriedly and do the things I love. Photography is one of those things.
We had come to Finnish Lapland after Norway and it was the second night when the sun went down after long nightless night period. I stand on the slopes of the Pallas fells and enjoy the play of colors. By the way, the Pallas fells have the cleanest air in the world, according to research. Maybe that's why I want to come to these fells every year and hope that they keep me young when I get to breathe their clean air and climb their slopes.

Yeah, so I thought I would do something different. It was actually pretty fun sitting in the tub with my clothes on. Too bad I don't have a wider angled lens so I could get the full length of the bath tub, not that its very large to begin with.
365days~ Yay! Day one of a very long journey. Ever since becoming a mom I've found that I sacrifice my hobbies and devote all my time to my son. I'm hoping that by doing this I can find a balance between being a good mom and still finding time for myself.

I did go for a long cycle this morning and then back home for lunch! Now, it is time to sit back and finish my book! Currently reading The Cutting Edge by Jeffrey Deaver (a Lincoln Rhyme thriller).
If I was to recommend a great series of books to anyone it would the ten novels written by Chris Carter about Robert Hunter, a detective for the Homicide Special Section of Los Angeles Robbery Homicide Division ..... Robert Hunter is a specialist in tracking down serial killers!!

Finally finished this one up, really loved the green tile theme of the original cover so I kept the congruency, but added my own flair to it. I plan on making a whole booklet for the album eventually.
