The birds are getting a little silly on the red crabapples. Heaven help them with my icy neon green ones! Hope there is a designated flier.....hehehe
Tom loves to build wooden models and so he was tasked to take on the future trade and build matching models to his ideas. He built the trade cantor and a nice idea of a ship-through. So Tom became the expert in the field of trading strategy for the Klan. Young and wild - but smart and well-read.
My actual entry for the year challenge on RogueBricks.de is an Roman tower, standing somewhere at the border of the Roman Empire.
Based on my MOC "All along the Nerdtower" I changed main things on this one, including a base, the fence, figures, ... and it will be also shown on the exhibition Bricking Bavaria 2021 in Friedrichshafen (Germany) end of the week. So it is also showable from all sides :D
I am still in love with the color scheme of the tower, medium nougat and dark orange. Si no change on this.
Cleopatra
At august the 10th 30 BC Cleopatra died under unexplained circumstances. Her death has been widely romanticized and a popular variant is that she took her own life through the bite of a cobra
On Noordimma, my island on the Nine Kingdoms RPG which I play on www.RogueBricks.de, they were in need of a watchtower.
After a few weeks the werk was done on the island and the Clan of Normen had their first tower, based near their first settlement Hammvåsta. This tower will be part of a bigger wall which will be build later in the RPG.

Just a small castle build again and nothing special. Loved to put the viking minifigs in it and to build a little bit castle again.
'NO - I will not hang you in the tree next to your friends, BB8!'
It is the time of the year again where we look for a beautiful tree and a nice christmas decoration. Since I saw the first time BB8 I wanted to build that tree with the decorated round bricks. Luckily LEGO gave us some more designs.
Have a nice christmas time, guys.
Pippi Longstocking is, next to Sesame Street, The Muppet Show and Maya the Bee, one of my earliest childhood memories as far as television shows are concerned.
That's why I built a MOC for the current contest "Childhood Memories" on www.RogueBricks.de based on the stories, books and movies of the Swedish author Astrid Lindgren: The Villa Villekulla.
In addition, a Figbarf was created with some of the main characters: Pippi Longstocking herself, her two best friends Tommy and Annika Settergren, (buccaneer) Captain Efraim Longstocking, the two police inspectors Kling and Klang.
The two gangsters Blom and Dunder-Karlsson are hiding - of course ;)
During building I had to make some compromises concerning the colors and the size of the MOC. However, I think it's easy to see what it is. With the Figs I have placed some references to individual scenes. Maybe you'll discover some more of them?
With the hammer and mask of his fallen twin, this Toa of Stone has traded his youthful pride for stoic dignity.

Ngen-Mawida sits alone, waiting for the day his brothers and sisters will return to him.
Based off of the Mapuche myth of the Ngen, a group of spirits that govern different aspects of nature.
Thanks to Alex for the edit <3
Built for Round Two of Bio-Cup 2021.
Theme: Future Legends
Subtheme: North America
My first entry for the #NerdlyStrikesBack contest hosted by BrickNerd on www.bricknerd.com.
Roman watchtower pimped with nerd power.
One of Artakha's failed experiments, this terrifying Dark Hunter is imprisoned on a remote island, guarded by a novice Toa of Ice. The Toa's days are numbered....
My summer project, nearly three months in the making. Very happy with how it turned out. Credit to AlexParkDesigns for the thigh design and buttloaf_builds for the head design.
My entry to the 5th round of this years Rogue Olympics, theme: "Wish".
I used only 70 parts for this build.
Fourth entry for the actual castle contest "Nine Kingdoms - Blades of Light" on www.RogueBricks.de"
This one shows the production of cannonballs and parts for weaponry and amor.

After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.
The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”
Matthew 28:1-10 NIV
Right now there are a lot of contests to join in and I am really happy to be able to build some stuff.
This one is made for the #letsbuildtogether initiatief.
The topic is to build something about family, friends or friendship.
Because of the lockdowns me and my family or friends are not able to be together with more than 2 people at the moment. We are also not allowed to travel around.
Looking forward to these moments again. Travel. With and to family and friends. And discover lovely or hidden places. Like a small waterfall somewhere in the woods to go swimming.
I made this one some time ago and I found it yesterday, still intact, in my Bionicle box.
Keep the comments clean! No banners, awards or invitations, please!
My entry for the second round of the RogueOlympics. This time the the theme is "Adventure". And as always in the Olympics you are only allowed to use a max of 101 parts.
I had a lots of ideas this time. And I also wanted to show another Little Robot. But after all I chose a pun which works better in English than in German though: |Adventure = Apeventure
I built a little Indiana Jones scene with 92 parts - and an ape of course. For me Indy was the one I wanted to be as a school kid. I saw his films and I also had the LEGO sets later. He was the one who made me interested in history and forgotten cultures. And of course finding treasures.
Hope you like this small MOC.
On monade the third round will start. If you are interested in participating, just visit www.RogueBricks.de
You will find all informations there in English and German.
Aeschylus
The ancient Greek tragedian died in 456 BC. He was killed by a tortoise dropped by an eagle (possibly a lammergeier or Cinereous vulture, which do open tortoises for eating by dropping them on hard objects) which had mistaken his head for a rock suitable for shattering the shell.
After months of searching captain Angus Mcfury and his crew finally found the secret hideout of Ferold Sheringham and his men.
As soon as they are within the reach of their canons, they launch the attack.
This is my part of a COLLAB with the fabolous Fletcher (www.flickr.com/photos/131336684@N07/) for the Pirate-Tag-Team-Contest on www.roguebricks.de!
In his MOC, you'll see a different point of view of the very same moment. This way we tried to create a connection between our works. In the link below you can see his point of view:

A composition starring Time around every corners and advancing without hesitation.
For the technical aspect, main focus on the corner with a prime lens. Had a darker version but the corner was too dark, will post it later on my gallery. Got a bit high in the ISO, long time I haven't used my camera and a prime lens but I'm keeping this rusty aspect. Avoid zooming though...
Humanity never stops exploring. My second build for second round of iron forge. The seed part was used 14 times.
