Irish aid agency delivers aid to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan, Philippines.

A refugee from Typhoon Haiyan cuddles his new born baby daughter at a food and shelter centre in Cebu after Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines and a major International aid effort was initiated after thousands were killed and displaced by one of the worst ever recorded storms. Irish aid agency GOAL was the first agency to reach many parts of the Philippines and to date have delivered aid to over 15,000 people in the first week.
