The National Electric Fly-In took place June 19-21 at the International Aeromodeling Center in Muncie, Indiana. All types of electric aircraft, including multirotors, helicopters, foamies, scratch-builds, and 3-D airplanes were flown during this annual event. A little step-by-step build of my first multirotor camera platform.
Based on the Hoverthings FTV frame, this setup will allow me to learn to fly FPV as well as build a reliable set of electronics and shoot HD fight footage. Once i'm satisfied, i'll either add my Leica to this frame, or, more likely, build an uprated quad for the purpose.
Step 4: Repeat for the other front leg then do pretty much the same thing, but for the rear struts.
Construction is quick and easy indeed. This has got to be a 1 on the difficulty rating.
