Après un premier montage initial sur base du châssis TBS, je reprends le chantier pour effectuer quelques modifs...
L'objectif est de me débarrasser définitivement des ondulations qui pourrissent mes vidéos. Aussi, après avoir tout essayer comme procédé amortisseur pour isoler la caméra, j'ai décidé de passer la vitesse supérieure et de me débarrasser des bras DJI en plastique et de me fabriquer mes propres bras en alu.
Je ne veux pas replacer mes nouveaux bras aux emplacements prévus pour les DJI, mais ajouter un mini étage supplémentaire en époxy afin de déplacer le fixations des bras vers le haut et ainsi supprimer tout contact direct entre les bras et la plaque inférieure du châssis TBS, où est placé le support pour la GP. Les emplacements des bras DJI laissés libres seront complétés par des entretoises, dans un premier temps de 40mm car c'est ce que j'ai sous la main et plus tard si les tests sont concluants, par des modèles plus petits, genre 30 ou même 25mm si mes LIPOs passent encore entre les 2 plaques inférieures.

Positionnement des écrans et test de transmision
Les lunettes sont en place, tenues pour l'instant par du scotch noir. Pareil pour les 2 petites cartes connecteurs, de chaque coté. Avant de tout fixer de manière définitive, il faut absolument faire des essais pour être certain de la position du bloc (en profondeur et en horizontalité). Un fois qu'on a trouvé la bonne position pour les écrans, on ne touche plus a rien. Pour la fixation définitive, j'ai déposé un filet de colle à chaud à l'intérieur du masque, tout au long de la jonction entre les lunettes et la façade du masque.
J'en profite que j'ai la dremel en main pour procéder à l'élargissement de quelques aérations puis j'entame le passage des câbles.

Pour éviter d'arracher le cable, je percé 2 petits trous dans le masque pour passer un colier colson et forcer le cable à passer par là avant d'aller dans le bloc optique.
