I'm reading "New Hope and Pratical Advice for People with MS and Their Families: Multiple Sclerosis" by Louis J. Rosner and Shelley Ross.
I highly recommend this book for those who have MS and their families, no matter how long you've had the disease and how much you know. It's enlightening and easy to understand.
I also recommend it to health care professionals. It's so scary how little health care professionals know about MS - and we learned this the hard way when my Mom went into the hospital for her recent MS episode.

A flock of sheep in West Lothian have turned orange to celebrate MS Week 2012 (30 April – 6 May). They have been given the coat of animal-friendly paint by farmer Andrew Jack to help raise awareness of multiple sclerosis in Scotland.

No último sábado vivemos uma das mais gratificantes experiências do percurso desta equipa na Lisbon Eco Marathon. Através da presença de cerca de 20 voluntários e de mais de uma dezena de atletas com a "mágica" ao peito, ajudámos a tornar esta prova num marco solidário.
Ao lado das instituições e da organização que nos acompanharam nesta aventura, vestimos a nossa "magia" e empurrámos todos os atletas que se cruzaram connosco até à meta. Por isso mesmo, agradecemos à Lisbon Eco Marathon e às restantes instituições: Associação Salvador, Associação ReAgir, APELA, Casa das Cores, Escolinha de Rugby da Galiza, Associação 100% Família, ReFood Estrela e Terra dos Sonhos.
Por este sucesso, só temos um enorme sentimento de gratidão e de missão cumprida para com todos os que nos ajudaram a construir este dia memorável. Aos voluntários e aos atletas que se juntaram a nós, António Pedro Santos, Chantal Xhervelle (que subiu ao pódio como a grande vencedora da Maratona), Jaime Lamego, João Carlos Lourenço, Jorge Silva, Jorge Sousa, José Jacob, Luís Graça, Miguel Pisco, Paulo Calvino, Pedro Pereira e Vítor Duarte.
