This technique is called multiple exposure.Used with a Nikon camera.The settings I used were; to set the shutter speed to bulb then set the aperture to 11. Lastly in order to fully achieve this technique, we had to keep the camera still by using a tripod.The ISO is set to 200.

Earlier that day, I saw a short video posted by {tcb} on how he did a planned multiple exposure shot. My mind was blown! I had to watch it again, and again, and again, and then my friend dragged me away from my computer..
I had to try it out towards the end of the night, I didn't plan it out so elegantly as the vid I saw, but at least I got a feel for how it works.
