Olympic National Park - Enchanted Valley - Double Exposure

0.2s exposures shot in burst mode with a tripod and a shutter remote depressed from around the apex of the rocket's flight to the dying of the last embers. The exposures were combined by taking the max with ImageMagick's convert, and cropped with gimp.

My first efforst using Photoshop. Got a reasonable outcome for a first attempt.

Light in general impression should bring people the hope & happiness in life , but in the real world light is not always equal to the warmness. On the other hand, it can even become the symbol of horrible, the loneliness, the desperation and the loss of emotion etc.

Especially when you walked alone and passed through the, the park, light was still there at the corner, but you just felt kind of cold & unhelpful atmosphere. The cold light & the serene in the air would drove you crazy and no doubt you would just want to run back home.

The cold light at night sometimes was just like a key of entrance , it would lead you to enter all the buried memories inside of your soul & mind, it's a media to help you execute the real yourself eventually.

Here I selected "Bicycle, chair, tree & moon " as the key elements to reflect the concept of "Cold light". Take a material to present the concept of "Cold night at night". Share with me what you think about ?

I wandered around my yard using my canon eor r and my lensbaby velvet 56 with settings for 5 shot multiple exposure. I didn't do much post processing but did add filters with the software on my computer. I'm happy with some of the patterns that were captured.

having recently being diagnosed as deaf, i need to photograph to express how i felt about it, i felt hurt and embarrassed. but I've gradually seen through that and realised the positives

Not sure how I did this. A ghost in the camera I suppose.

It does capture the energy and playful spirit of Kiki.

I named this photo what the man with the top hat said. I saw him and his unusual attire made him a good subject. You may also have noticed another man with a mohican. So I though merging these interesting subjects would make a good photo. I then put a shop front into the photo to make the photo more busy
