Coming home from a Lodge meeting Tuesday night (10:00ish), hit my exit (I-10/Kolb) and saw a storm dropping bolts to the Southwest, out past the prison so I stopped and grabbed a few shots.
At first it was like Army shooting (aim left, bolt right, aim right, bolt left, left, right, left right...) but I did manage to get a couple of semi-centered shots!
I've got to give some credit for this shot to Keith Follen. He sent me a text saying he was flying out of Tucson, headed to the UK for a week and a half so the lightning should come rolling in. He was absolutely right!
A beautiful chrysanthemum and what a lovely sections of these impressive flowers ~ wonderful shot, i love it now before they destroy due to colder weather and maximum hard cold rain that kills it.
