This is just what I've titled it.
It is acrylic inks, coloured pencils, metallic pencil crayons, fibretip pens, maybe others.
It isn't really 'finished', but when I tried out the poster edges filter on it I liked the result: what a great thing that filter is...saves hours of faffing about with this and that on paper!
And, of course, the original survives to be fiddled with in actual time some wet evening!
Best of both worlds!!
