this drawing was done during a youtube livestream by artist Scott Maier. he did his completely in pencil, i did a light pencil outline during the livestream and then used the reference photo later to complete it with a copic .02 multiliner, and a micron . 03 inkliner.

Page 1 of Watercolour Moleskine 8, and it's over a hundred degrees in Davis. I sat by the Creek at lunchtime and drew a scene I draw every summer at about this time - the view (or former view) of Mrak Hall, now with King Hall's extension fully complete in front of it. Copic multiliner 0.1 and micron pigma 0.5 with watercolour. Listened to the new Art Brut album while sketching. Can't say I like it as much as previous albums.

I was playing with my new Copic Multiliner pen and this doodle just sort of popped out. I love the flow of the ink from the tip of this pen. I feel like I'm the one in control and not the pen. Like I said this is just a doodle. I'm working on getting back to drawing something everyday. School's out and I'll be off for a few weeks in just 1 week!! Yeah!
