1979 Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTS.

"Chassis number: 0002420. 1,570cc. Registered in May 1979, this Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTS is fitted with a rare sunroof. It has been little used for the past 10 or so years but was driven a round trip of sixty miles in February this year when it passed its MoT. Showing 76,016 miles on its odometer, a figure it has recorded since 2011 indicating that this unit requires repair. as a historic vehicle, it will no longer requires annual MoT testing but its tax class will need to be amended with the DVLA to make it historic. Documentation with the Alfa includes the current and past V5C, sales brochure, and invoices from 2003 to 2008. There's also a couple of MoT certificates, the owner's handbook and some old photos of the car."
Estimate: £8000 to £10,000. Unsold.

I paused in the middle of the intersection to capture this image outside of the world famous Madison Square Garden. In this image I have taken both the capture and processing approach of trying to communicate the feel of NYC - a unique combination of the dreamy (upper portion of the image) and the gritty (the lower half). A fascinating place, with photo opportunities all over...as long as someone doesn't bump into you!
