Mr. Black is a teacher at Evelyn's school He caught a frog to show the kids. They chased it around the park. Evelyn declined a frog kiss but I believe she touched it.
I'll tell you how he came by that name. He was a year old when we found him. Everyone wanted me to name him one silly thing or another. Instead I watched him, waiting for the right name to reveal itself.
He tried to engage in sex with every human, every dog, the cat, a flower bush and a guinea hen. Don't get me wrong, he was a gentleman about it. Upon being rebuffed he'd move on without complaint. But still, the confidence to try, wow. Can we spell M-A-C-H-O?
I said "hmmm.... he's short, scruffy and thinks every woman in town is his.... he reminds me of my ex boyfriend 'Kelly Minnihan.'" I respected him more than Kelly though so I only call him MR. Minnihan.
He's old and often grouchy now. But Mr. Black can still charm him into playing a while.

The Berserker Predator's original name, and one still used in some promotional materials, is "Mr. Black." I guess they thought it was racist, although I associate "Mr. Black" with a man in a black suit, skin color inconsequential. He's certainly terrifying enough.

The reason you don't see more pictures of Mr. Black is because he doesn't enjoy having his picture taken. He sighed and pushed his lower lip out for this picture. He hates his blue sweatshirt. He hates having his picture taken. This is one spoiled rotten and displeased dachshund.
