Unknown piece of sky. Looked a bit dark, and away from the moonlight. Looks like it's got several galaxies on it. Since I don't know what I'm looking at, I submitted it for the astronomy-solver.
NGC499 Galaxies in Pisces, taken with Royce 10inch f6 Newtonian at Baader MPCC Coma Corrector with Orion Starshoot Pro V1 Camera - Schneider 486 UVIR Filter. This is a stack of 29 images of 500 sec each, stretched with arcsinh and log functions, then further processed in Adobe CS5. I count about 50 galaxies in this image - the more obvious ones are circled; reports estimate the distance as about 193 million light years (Mly) to the brightest of these galaxies NGC499 in the center of this image, others like IC1687 about 220 Mly, but there are many very very faint ones visible also whose distance may be much farther.
