I've only found a very few locations that I can get a nice shot of Mount Rainier. This shot was taken in Graham, just a couple miles from where we were living at the time. We've since moved, but I think this will always be an endearing shot of the mountain! Hope you enjoy!

This week’s adventure took me to Spray Park, an area of Mount Rainier I have not explored before. I wanted to be there for magic time, which involved getting out of the house at 1 AM and setting off on the trail just after 3 AM by flashlight in order to make it to Spray Park by sunrise. I made it up top about 15 minutes after sunrise and snapped this frame at the entrance.

I drove up to Tipsoo Lake this morning in hopes of a nice sunrise, well the color on the mountain turned out beautifully. There were a few other people shooting there so I had some good company. 6/25/17
